Car Insurance Claim Process

In case of auto insurance claim, you can avail cashless facility for the repair of your vehicle at any of their network cashless garage. However, if the vehicle is serviced in a garage out of the reach of our network, then you can reclaim them. Right now you can register and track their application online.

Please note that as of now, only accidental damage claims can be processed through the Lodge A Motor Claim interface.


In Case of an Accident
     
  •  Note the number of the other vehicle involved in the accident, if any.
  •  List the names and contact details of witnesses, if any.
  •  Contact our toll free number 1-800-209-8888 and get your claim number / reference number.
  •  The Call Center Representative will provide the details of documents required for processing of claims and the details of our cashless garage preferred.
  •  File an FIR at the nearest police station in case of property damage, personal injury, theft and damage.

           
After Registering the Claim
     
  •  ICICI Customer Service Manager (CSM) will contact you within 24 hours of registration of the complaint.
  •  Submit all necessary documents for the dealer / CSM and get verified with the originals.
  •  ICICI CSM gets the estimate of repairs to your vehicle and give spot approval after assessment.
  •  The payments must have for us in our preferred garage will be directly in the garage at the completion of repairs.
  •  The balance must be paid by the insured under the terms and conditions of the policy, which is informed by the CSM
